Hi, when i turn on my ipod shuffle 4g after 3 seconds it lock the buttons and i cant do anything. Battery is full. Soft version 1.0.1. Please help me

Are you in any way pressing and holding the Play/Pause button for 3 seconds, because that is how you "put the shuffle on hold"? Press and hold again to unlock the controls.
I`m only turning ON my ipod and nothing else. Shuffle after 3 seconds automaticly goes into hold. i tried your advice and it didn`t help 😟 Do you have any other advices?
It seems like your shuffle thinks the Play/Pause button is being pressed, even when it is not.
You may want to do a Restore on the shuffle in iTunes. It is on the shuffle's Settings or Summary tab in iTunes (depending on model). This will erase the shuffle, re-install its software, and set it to default settings. If some software glitch is causing the problem, a Restore should fix it.
Otherwise, if it's a hardware problem with the button's internal connections (so it acts like it is being pressed), a Restore will not help. I can't tell which iPod you have from the software version, but if it's less than one year old, it is under warranty (two years with AppleCare).
So Finally how did u fix it? I have the same problem right now
